As the Covid-19 crisis continues to evolve, we wanted to update you on changes here at Andrews Coatings. We are continuing to monitor the government’s advice daily and are currently operating as normal as best as we can and prioritizing orders from organizations deemed to be essential business and trade. All other orders will be processed as soon as possible and as a result delays in our normal service schedules may be experienced.
If you have placed an order online for local collection we will contact you to let you know when we can allow the collection which could add a few weeks onto the waiting time. Due to the government’s guidelines we will be closed for collections until further notice.

We are taking high volumes of calls and e-mails at the moment and due to working remotely may take longer to answer some of your queries. If we haven’t answered your call or e-mail please understand we’re working through these as quickly as we can.
Daily update: All orders including Rust-Oleum, Tor, Sika, Zinsser, Zinga, Bollom, Mathy’s and Blackfriar brands are currently experiencing longer delays. We are trying our best to get these delivered as soon as we can. If you have any questions please contact us.
Brand Update: If you have ordered any Blackfriar products these now have a 14-21 working day expected delivery date.
If you have placed an order for any products from the above brands please understand at this time we can’t give you an estimated delivery date. As soon as we’re able to do so we will get your order dispatched to you.
All orders being placed will be put in a queue, we’re working through all orders as quickly and safely as we can during this time the safety of our staff is our highest priority. Although we’re aiming for a 14 working day delivery time, if you have ordered tinted products this could further delay your order.
Although we’re aiming for a 14 working day delivery our suppliers have been running low on stock and therefore some orders are taking longer than our expected delivery times.
Tinted Products: Our policy states tinted products are non-refundable, this is due to the item being custom made for your order. Please understand we aren’t able to issue refunds on products which have been tinted.
Once the order has been despatched with our chosen courier this is out of our control and the courier will be updating you on the delivery progress.
