Free delivery on all orders above £70+VAT within the UK mainland. For areas outside of here – Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland etc. – there are additional carrier surcharges that may be applied to your order. If you are unsure then contact us prior to placing your order, as these charges may need to be added separately.
Your orders will be sent to you by either Parcelforce or Fedex, unless you request another carrier or live outside of the designated delivery areas. Again, additional charges may apply in these instances.
As we use independent carriers to ship your order occasionally damages or loss occur in transit which are out of our control. We are not always informed of these issues immediately by carrier, and whilst we do monitor the shipping and delivery we may miss potential issues. So if you are aware of any issues with your delivery, or if it is delayed beyond the agreed time, then please do let us know. Should an issue arise with your goods upon delivery, such as damage or missing items then please contact us and we will work out a solution.
We cannot accept responsibility for issues that may arise during the delivery process, be that delays or damages. Please ensure that you have the products prior to taking action, as we cannot be held responsible for any costs that you incur through starting the work without the goods.
Ordinarily you should receive your goods in 2-3 working days following on from when you placed the order. We do hold most products in stock, but at times we may need to take delivery from the original manufacturer which can cause delays beyond our control. Wherever possible we will part deliver your order. Some of our specialist products are made to order (a small number of the Sigma products and more specialist coatings), which will create a longer delivery time. Wherever possible we will make this clear on the product page, but if you are ordering a specialist product and you’re on a strict deadline then contact us beforehand to ensure we can meet your required delivery time.
We have a Monday-Friday 12 midday cut of to be able to dispatch your goods the same day. We can sometimes get goods out for the same day after this time, but if it is urgent then I recommend calling us first. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day. If your goods are needed faster, or are required before a certain date (e.g if you want it for the weekend) then again please contact us prior to placing the order to help us to best meet your requirements.
Your order will be processed once a cleared payment has been received.
