The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
On our website, you may place an order to purchase a product advertised for sale by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you wish to purchase. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you place your order by clicking the “Place order and pay” button on the checkout page.
All orders placed by you and purchases of goods by you from us, are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. Where we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with these Terms and Conditions.
We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you proceed from the relevant Payment screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us. Your order will be processed in stages and you will receive emails keeping you informed along its journey:
- Pending – waiting for order to be processed
- Processing – your order is being made up and in packing
- Dispatched – your order has left our premises and is with our carriers
- Part Dispatched – your order has been split part is Despatched and part Processing
- Back Order – items are out of stock and are awaiting delivery

It is a criminal offence to knowingly sell aerosol paint to anyone under the age of 16. We also will not knowingly sell acids or strong alkalis to any persons under the age of 18.
By purchasing from this web site using a credit or debit card you confirm that you are over the age of 18, or are not acting for someone who is under the age of 18.
Specifications on this website of the goods to be sold may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality and performance.
Goods are generally available from stock and you should normally receive your order within 3 days. We may have to make your products or take delivery from the original manufacturer. This can cause delays beyond our control. We will part deliver orders should this be possible.
Items being available for purchase on our website does not indicate stock levels. We have deliveries arriving every day so out of stock items are replenished quickly. If you want to collect immediately, or if you need a faster delivery then please call us to make sure that the stock is in and available.
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of any VAT which may be payable by you. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. All prices may vary. Customers and not Rustoleum Aerosols are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their own country. Items may vary in price due to sale, if you order an item on the day of a sale, you will be quoted sale prices -please note that sale items will be nonrefundable. Some products listed online can be discounted if ordering in bulk or for commercial projects, please always contact us should you require information on the price of your product(s). If you have received a discount code this can not be added onto orders that have already been placed.
Please note that our calls may be monitored or recorded. These are not used for any training or external purposes, they are only to help us more efficiently manage orders that are placed over the phone. Primarily they are used for fact verification and dispute resolution. Please also note if you place your order over the phone this means you also agree to Andrews Coatings Terms & Conditions.
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Card details are passed to the SagePay for processing. Payment is automatically authorised online and will be debited immediately.
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to describe the delivery options correctly during the web ordering process and then ensure delivery within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that you select the delivery option that suits your address and circumstances and that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered well in advance to avoid any disappointment. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
We cannot accept responsibility for issues that may arise during the delivery process, be that delays or damages. Please ensure that you have the products prior to taking action, as we cannot be held responsible for any costs that you incur through starting the work without the goods. If you require POD this must be requested within 7 days of your order so we can send you this.
Some brands such as PPG, Zinga, Bollom and others are have products which are made to order and can have increased delivery times.
You may return most goods supplied by us in their original condition within 7 days of the date you received them. Please contact us first, so we can supply a returns reference number. Due to the nature of the products supplied you must return the goods within 7 days of receiving this number. Please note there will be a 15% – 50% handling charge on returned items- this is due to the manufacturer.
Provided the goods are returned unopened, re-saleable, in an as new condition and in their original box with all packing and accessories we will refund the cost, less the original carriage cost. We are sorry but we cannot pay your costs for the return of goods to us.
If you open the tins or spray an aerosol then we will not be able to offer the goods for re-sale and will not be able to offer you a refund. We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been specially made to a specific colour for you, such as tints or mixed paints. Due to nature of batch manufacture we cannot refund due to colour or pattern mismatch. We are unable to offer refunds on Fire Resistant or Intumescent coatings.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on tinted products once they have been processed.
We cannot arrange a third party collection on your behalf. Return shipment will be at your own cost via a carrier. Paints cannot be sent via the Post Office. When returning goods we recommend that you use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and that you insure the package for its full value. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit.

Right to Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website if this has not been shipped or processed. You will receive for a full refund following this. Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or otherwise opened by you. Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect and advise us within 24 hours of delivery and similarly collection if the goods arrived damaged. Our carriers do not accept responsibility for damaged goods beyond this period of time. Do not accept delivery if the goods arrive damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory. If after opening you discover that the goods are unusable we will re-supply at our cost and will arrange for collection of the damaged goods. If you part use the damaged goods you are accepting delivery. Please retain photographic evidence should we need to pursue matters with our carrier. Once we have received photographic evidence of the damage we will authorise the refund.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law. Andrews Coatings is a trading name of Andrews Coatings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 4327568. Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or inaccurately described goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens’ Advice Bureau.
